Eating At Night Won’t Make You Fat! Why Meal Timing Is Not That Important – What To Focus On Instead

Meal timing is one of the most common concerns people bring up in regards to nutrition. They ask “should I eat after 6, 7, 8 pm? Should I eat before bed? What time should I eat breakfast?” The answer is, it depends! To keep it simple, eat when you are hungry! Listen to your body. Don’t place restrictive, arbitrary times on when you eat. Instead, focus on crafting an eating plan that will fuel your body that you can stick to that adheres to your body’s hunger cues. You’ll be much happier and have more success in the long run!
